Very interesting site! Thanks for posting all this. I will be checking back often.
I love your posts, however could you add a couple details, ex. square footage, bed/baths? Thanks!
Great blog! I have a feeling this will grow steadily as the market changes.
To see property details on properties that are for sale (and pictures too) you can go to www.citywithsol.com, then click on "Search the MLS" on the left, and enter the MLS number at the bottom of the screen.
Some even have virtual tours of the properties.
prices did go up for 6+ years, over the long run Real Estate is still a great investment..

Here is an example I've been following - Cityscape in Golden Hill. It was an apt building that couldn't have been getting much over $1200/month in rent, but the condo units started at $420k and went up over $500k.
They have been trying to sell units for a year or two now, and I see the base price is now $399k. Still a horrible deal.
Thanks for a great blog. Are you going to track Banker's Hill real estate as well?
Yes I am working on Bankers Hill's as well. There is something interesting activity happening there as well.
Stay tuned.
I just found your blog. I like the way you have it set up. I will be a regular visitor. Thanks and keep it up. :)
