Hi - is the info from the assessor linked to the right property. I'm confused by the title you give things - e.g., portico #412 not matching what is on the assessor's data - in this instance 01435412 INDIA ST. What does portico refer to?
I just looked this one up on the MLS. Portico is the name of the condo complex. The information you're seeing on the assessor site is just the address and/or maybe the parcel number.
