The reason he gave is because it's a "buyer's market". I wonder why he wasn't advising people to sell in the seller's market over the past few years... these real estate boosters are all the same - No matter what the market is doing, it's a great time to buy! How insulting.

Duh - loos to me like we're starting to tank, as far as real estate prices.
