Hmm I went to zip and searched for that MLS#, it said nothing was found.

It just went into pending sale so some of the MLS services probably won't show the listing.
You are right Mr. Brigthside, the MLS cuts off info on a property once it goes pending. Giving it out to these services after that point does not help real estate sales. Think like a Realtor I say.
My wife and I made an offer for 500K on the exact same model and sq. footage in 2004, the seller countered for 530k (greedy a-hole), so we walked and have yet to buy...praise baby jesus.
