Unforturally,the current condo market in that area of Petco Park, . when they had over developed the area, along with a copule of more (1,000 condos) which are on the planning board. Anybody that paid more than $400 per square foot, for the condo with no view, they have paid to much.
It's actually somewhat shocking to see the price retrace so close to what the first buyer paid back in 2003.
