I assume this one is an open loft. I don't suppose at that price it had a ballpark view.
Yep, open loft. Facing north with city views. An no balcony either.
No balcony really hurts. Aloft at Cortez has a ton of very small units with no balcony at high prices. I doubt that's going to work. It's a nice looking building with a pool though.
I don't think that ParkLoft has been very successful, I also don't think that loft units are all that attractive either. Seems like you'd still rather have a nice larger master bedroom.
In the photos on Lew's site, I see frnch doors in the bedroom. Do they just open to nothing?? Just curious.
