Am I reading this correct: "list price $848,000, sale price $899,000?"
...2004 was was a housing bidding war in San Diego! Should we feel sorry for the people that bought during that time? ...Nah, then we wouldn't have these great blogs to read!

Still way overpriced at $848k. I see $500k in this condo's future.

Even 500k seems high. The building may be quality but the unis I saw were nothing particularly special. Plus and this is a big plus, the train goes by making a hell of a racket right at the foot of the building. I bet the sales brochures left that out.

and aren't they putting another building right in front of Treo?

Not only is Saphire going up right in front, but Bayside - a Bosa 35 story building will cut into views also. . .I understand from residents that Treo still has water problems and a lot of unresolved developer problems. . .at some point they could be good buys, but still way overvalued.
