I'd very interested in find out the sales history between 1973 and 2000. Or is this a condo conversion?
The building was built in 1973, most sales data out there starts in the early 80s.
You can see other units in the building by putting in just the address, no unit number, "3535 1ST AVE" on sdlookup.com.
By doing this you can see the other unit sold for the high 100s back in the middle to late 90s.
