"Now infamous" Acqua Vista--- You have that right. Who will want to buy in this building, given all the problems? Now, the prices will have to drop to the point where the units are break-even cash flow for rentals. Maybe lower if there is a problem with the Homeowners Association finances due to nonpayment of HOA fees. Who will buy a unit for 100,000s more at Treo, if nearby Acqua Vista is in meltdown? And so the May meltdown begins.
