The MLS picture of the construction tower at Saphire says it all. . .there goes the view!! As we have discussed on this board before, there is no such thing as a protected view . . .Bayside is close, but if the county got hard up for money . . .there goes the proposed park. . .can we say 30 story Hilton???
room size does not see to add up to the total sqare footage of 1337.
google "1337" and you'll see that it's a funny number like 666, 69, or 420.
