San Diego Real Estate Agent Meltsdown, Attacks Reporter

Frankly this is pretty unbelievable. Between the identity theft, mortgage fraud and assault and battery caught on video this agent is pretty much done.

Since this guy owns a number of properties and is in serious criminal and civil trouble these properties have a good chance of going into foreclosure.

I'd love to be on the jury for this trial.

What a creep. His wife is nuts, too.

I think I would prefer Ensenada over TJ...WTF was she implying?? Scary people.

I read it as a threat. That won't go over well when the trial starts.

Crazy! This may be an odd coincidence, but I don't think so. I believe I used to work in the same office as that agent's brother, and he conducted business the same way! In fact, I ended up where I am today because that guy (the brother) caused my then broker's license to be suspended, which forced the other agents to seek employment elsewhere.

Thank God!

While I was with my (then) new company (Remax), I had been working with a client. She called me one day and said she had something strange to tell me. She said she got a call from Mr. Suleiman (I know his first name, but am omitting it here, I'm talking about the person I think is the brother of the guy in the video), congratulating her because she had won a bid on a HUD foreclosure in Santee. The thing was she said, not only had she never seen the townhome in Santee, she never even placed a bid on it! Which meant Mr. Suleiman fraudulently signed her offer on her behalf and submitted it to the goverment. Which is a crime of course.

She ended up buying her townhome through me anyway, because when she went to view her new place in Santee, it was a "dump".

Hi Lew,

Sounds like poor ethics runs in the family. Unreal.

How can the real estate industry let this type of activity persist? It's unreal.

I can't imagine that this guy is going to avoid jail time. That video is going to really hurt him in court.

Not only will he go to jail on assault, he'll surely serve prison time for fraud. Hopefully for a long time. If I were that reporter, I would also press charges against that guys wife for assault and threatening me with a gun, and with a rock.

Does anyone have a link to the poor reporter's story he was reporting on since July?
I want to read the story from the beginning.
If I was that reporter, I would try to get into a witness protection program. These people could be tied to the Mexican Mafia, and are hiring a hitman to kill the reporter- never can be too cautious these days.
Especially the statement he crazed woman said about what do you like better- TJ or Ensanada...

Supposedly, the reporter was bitten hard enough to break his skin, had a few cracked ribs, and was otherwise bruised up. They gave him some shots in case of an infection and sent him home.

I remember back in the late 90's when all these scandals were coming out about the stock market. It's like all those people set up shop in the real estate market after the crash.
