What do you think the rental value is on this unit? $1500 a month? This is another unit headed below $200,000 based on rental value?
I'd say maybe not this very same unit, but other units just like it in a couple of years. :)
With county vacancy rates up, I would say downtown rents will be falling, not going up. A number of new rental properties will be on the market in a few months, putting increased pressure on pricing.
